当店は生食用の牡蠣をより安全に食事していただくためのダブルドリップクラッチ製法を使っています。粒の大小あるためカットしてお出しすることもございます。当店では、名物『蒸し牡蠣のバケツ盛り』をはじめ、『牡蠣フライ』『牡蠣グラタン』『牡蠣のアヒージョ』など、鮮度抜群の広島牡蠣を使った多彩なメニューをお楽しみいただけまして、当店で使用している牡蠣は全て広島産のものですが、調理用途によって仕入れ先を変えています。【広島県産剥き身生食用牡蠣】生産者様 2024年11月頃発表生産者様希望により公式に発表する事が出来ません。当店では生食用の許認可がおりた広島県産の牡蠣を、独自の調理、保存方法により、通年鮮度が高い状態で食べる事ができます。生食用牡蠣のバケツ盛り【2個】500円生食用牡蠣のバケツ盛り【6個】1200円生食用牡蠣のアイリッシュスタイル【4個】1200円などの生食用牡蠣が当店では食べれます。 ※アイリッシュスタイルはアルコールが若干含まれます。当店では独自の調理法に一部加熱処理が含まれる為、【生牡蠣】という表記ではなく【生食用牡蠣】という表記をさせていただいております。
